SPP1\/MERTK-expressing macrophages in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis\u201d. \u00a0The paper will soon be published in the <b><i>European Respiratory Journal<\/i><\/b>.\u00a0 This paper presents the study of changes in cell populations and single cell gene expression that are related to idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) progression.\u00a0 In this paper, Kristina used probabilistic graphical models to identify gene interactions within and between cell types.<\/p>\n<p>UPDATE 2019-06-20: \u00a0The paper is\u00a0now available at the ERJ site (<a href=\"https:\/\/erj.ersjournals.com\/content\/early\/2019\/06\/04\/13993003.02441-2018.long\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>UPDATE 2019-08-01: \u00a0The paper is\u00a0now
