The protocol details the steps for labeling and quantifying mRNA molecules in live cell imaging experiments using the <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1016\/j.crmeth.2022.100226\">SunRISER <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1093\/bioinformatics\/btaa874\">dNEMO<\/a> tools previously developed by members of the Lee lab. Congratulations to Yue Guo and Gabriel Kowalczyk for their work in providing a complete method for visualizing and analyzing single-cell single-RNA molecule datasets.
