However, currently biology is at an exciting transition era, much like what happened to physics and chemistry hundreds of years ago. Through integrating physics (mainly statistical physics and chemical physics),chemistry, and engineering principles into studying the dynamics of &nbsp;biological processes at various length and time scales, our lab is interested in elucidating the general physical principles, as well as real biomedical applications.
