A lab protocol previously presented as part of the Signaling Dynamics and Encoding (InSiDE) Workshop Series in 2022 has been published in STAR Protocols. The protocol details the steps for labeling and quantifying mRNA molecules in live cell imaging experiments using the SunRISER and dNEMO tools previously developed by members of the Lee lab. Congratulations to Yue Guo and Gabriel Kowalczyk for their work in providing a complete method for visualizing and analyzing single-cell single-RNA molecule datasets.
