Vineet’s paper, which was presented last year in the ACM SIGKDD 2019 BioKDD workshop, is now accepted for publication in the special issue of IEEE/ACM Transactions in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics. The paper is entitled “A pipeline for integrated theory and data-driven modeling of genomic and clinical data” and deals with the problem of incorporating prior biological information when learning causal graphs from high-dimensional data (low number of samples compared to the number of variables).
